John was very communicative and offered help anytime. When I did not fully understand something, or when I had concerns, he would call and we would talk it over. Same with Dan Gattuso. Any big or little question I had, he would answer them all with detail and until I understood. I appreciate their patience and willingness to communicate when I needed it.
